Our commitment to you doesn't end when the design, installation, construction or other renovation work is completed.

We want you to feel comfortable that when our professionals walk out of your door at the end of a project, we are there for you if anything should need further attention.

You should not depend on verbal guarantees from any contractor.

We make all efforts to ensure that additional work will not be necessary once we complete your project but you have added protection from our two-year written warranty:

Transform warrants that all workmanship in the contract will be free from defects for a period of two years after the completion of the contract, provided that its work is cared for and used in a reasonable manner.

Any repairs or replacements with respect to Transform’s work after the expiration of Transform’s two-year warranty will be at the expense of the customer.

Additional manufacturer warranties may apply to certain construction materials.

The warranty will be voided if:

  • Wooden products are installed outdoors unless otherwise specified.
  • Products have been subjected to improper temperature or humidity (out of the range of 10-29 degrees celsius and 27%-55% is considered extreme).
  • Products are misused, vandalized, abused, or have modifications performed by others.
  • Products are damaged by water and/or external cause.
  • Products are improperly cleaned and maintained.
  • Any effects on the colour or the integrity of the finish are the result of using cleaners that contain chorine or acidic cleaner, or the use of a rough sponge or steel wool.

Code of Conduct

In addition to our warranty, Transform is one of Renomark’s designated professional renovation contractor and we abide by their code of conduct.

This includes:

  • Member in good standing of the local Home Builders’ Association.
  • Carry all applicable licenses and permits as required.
  • Abide by all of the Local Home Builders’ Association’s Code of Ethics.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work site at all times.
  • Provide a detailed, written contract (including a scope of work) for all jobs.
  • Return homeowners phone calls within two business days.
  • Carry a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance.

Manufacturer warranties

Note that our workmanship warranty is in addition to any applicable manufacturer’s product warranties for construction materials that are used in your project.

The products may be warrantied against defects for a specified length of time and details will be provided to you in addition to our two-year workmanship warranty.
